1. Is the Orange Peel portable?
Yes, it has a handle on each side and it only weighs 21 lbs.
2. When using my Orange Peel, can I use something other than the Orange Whip to swing?
Yes, you could use a golf club, baseball bat, tennis racket, and almost any other piece of sporting equipment that requires a swinging motion and balance.
3. Can you hit golf balls while using the Orange Peel?
The Orange Peel was designed so the user can learn the most efficient athletic motion, and to fix swing faults by adjusting balance points. I DO NOT recommend hitting balls while using the Orange Peel. I believe it defeats the purpose of learning your most athletic, efficient swing. Also, due to the slight elevated status of the Orange Peel, the user is about 4 inches off the ground, therefore making it difficult to get down to the ball.
If you must hit balls while using the Peel, I suggest using tees and avoid hitting the ground.
4. After ordering, when should I expect my Orange Peel to arrive?
You will receive two emails. The first will inform you that your order has been approved and processed. The second will inform you that your order has shipped and will include your order's tracking number. You should expect your order to be delivered approximately within 10 business days from the date your order was shipped. If you order more than one product, they will be shipped out separately.
5. What is your Product Warranty?
Each Orange Peel has a 60 Day Full Warranty if used properly. The Product Warranty does not cover damage caused by (but not limited to) mishandling, and negligence. The product Warranty does not cover any damage if the Orange Peel is being left or stored for an extended period of time in an environment above 100 degrees F. or below 32 degrees F
If you have purchased your Orange Whip directly from our website or telephone service, please contact 1-877-505-9447 for a Return Service Shipping Label and Instructions. Your Orange Peel will be replaced at no additional cost.
If you have purchased your Orange Whip from a Retailer, Golf Shop or PGA Professional, please contact them for a replacement.
